The whole product is setup-and-forget. There is no dashboard to babysit.
Choose the APIs your product actually depends on. Takes about a minute.
Every 6 hours, each official feed is fetched and diffed entry by entry — then classified BREAKING, DEPRECATION or NOTICE.
Notices are archived silently. Breaking changes and deprecations hit your inbox, Slack, or your own systems via the API.
One missed deprecation costs days of firefighting and an apology to customers. Insurance starts at nothing.
Cancel anytime in one click. Paid plans start immediately — no sales call, no demo, no onboarding.
Every provider is checked every 6 hours. Pro and Team alerts send the moment a change is detected in that cycle. Free accounts get a Monday digest. We say 6 hours rather than "real-time" because that's the truth.
No. Only BREAKING and DEPRECATION changes trigger an email. Routine NOTICE items are archived and available through the API but never interrupt you. Most weeks you'll hear nothing — that's the product working.
It's just your password. Paste it at apisunset.com/account to tick which APIs you want watched — that takes about a minute and it's the only setup there is. After that you can forget the key entirely; alerts arrive in your inbox on their own. Developers can also use it as a normal API token to pull changes into their own tools, but that's optional.
Ask and it usually gets added within a few days. The registry grows every week, and requests from customers are how it grows.
Yes. Team plan webhooks are Slack- and Discord-compatible out of the box, and the JSON payload works with any custom receiver, so you can auto-create tickets.
Straight answer: API Sunset is new, so there are no customer logos to show you yet. That's why the free tier is genuinely free and needs no card — try it on your three riskiest dependencies and judge it on whether the alerts are useful. If they aren't, you've lost nothing.
We store your email, which providers you watch, and a hashed version of your API key. Card details never touch our systems — Stripe handles those. We don't sell data or run tracking cookies. Full detail in the privacy policy.
Three providers, free forever, no card. If it ever saves you one incident, it paid for a decade of itself.
No credit card. Cancel anytime.
